It just so happens that JustWordz is a polyglot cosmopolitan who speaks [Badly] the language of Pele and Carmen Miranda. He is not, however, adverse to a little help from the technological cutting edge. Here, then, in abridged and annotated form – so we don’t have to go through all that again, – is the story of Lieutenant John Sidney McCain and the Rio Belle, Maria Gracinda, told by Google.

RIO – “He was gostosinho, loving and romantic.” It was not exactly in these terms that the Republican Party presented last month, Senator John McCain as their candidate for the U.S. presidency this year. But that is how he refers to Gracinda Maria de Jesus Teixeira, who lived a torrid romance with McCain in the 1950s in Rio de Janeiro. In spite of 77 years, Maria Gracinda still preserves the vanity of the season in which it was Queen of Commerce of Rio de 1949, with only 17 years and candidate for the Federal District Miss Universe of 1954. [An attractive woman, certainly, but vain, too? more like the "air and spirit" of the time]

The meeting with McCain happened three years later, in 1957. The model used on lunching foreign vessels landing in Mauá Square. [She didn't, er, provide "services" as a model, she used to have lunch with the sailors]

She also has passages of spicy relationship with McCain. [That's "had" in case the National Enquirer is reading]

- What do you think? Of course, yes … He was not only good for kissing, it was good of all – complete with a laugh. [Hmm, novel and interesting - thought they just smoked cigarettes in those days]

- He was a great love. But there, and traveled over. Otherwise, it could be with him today. Except that our lives were different, I was a dummy [Come on now, don't put yourself down - you were a "model" (manequim) and he, a military that travel very - it is recalled it, with an edge of sadness.

She regrets the fact that McCain be compromised [Yes, indeed he be..in the sense of "married" to Cindy Hensley]

“He was a cutie, loving, and romantic” recounts Maria Gracinda Teixeira de Jesus in an interview with Globo of Brazil. The young lieutenant met the model and ballerina in Rio in 1957, something he recounts in his autobiography, “Faith of my fathers,” although not, fortunately, in the way Ms De Jesus does in her interview with Globo. The spirit of Barbara Walters is abroad. “I used to call him John, but also my darling, and my coconut sweet – a term of confection in Brazil.

And the details: “He used to kiss really well. I got to the point of liking this so much that I got a book on teaching how to kiss. ” But Lieutenant McCain had already read the dummies guide on this and more. Thankfully, Ms De Jesus “did not run away from the question of whether the two had sex” says the journalist. “What do you think, of course. He was not just a good kisser, but good at everything.”

The spy 77-year old has no plans to get on the campaign trail, more’s the pity, and will content herself with a telegram to the White House in the event of a McCain victory.
